Does Slave trade still exist?

In the colonial times slave trade was the most lucrative business of all times between Africans ans Arabs especially at the coastal towns of Mombasa and Lamu,then came the colonization era not before the scramble and partition of Africa by the British  and French colonies on who to conquer what and superimpose their leadership skills,rules on to us which we gladly accepted .

In due time we felt the weight and this is when slave trade was its peak Arabs,Europeans and Americans taking Africans to the western world to do all kind of hard work.
In resistance we fought for independence which we finally attained  52yeras ago.

In rather disturbing note i thought all these things were of the past,then i hear child trafficking on the increase in this peaceful country,people being sold off to Dubai and Arab Emirates in pretext of such of greener pastures

Question is does slave trade still exist after all this transformation? Guess it does exist after all.
